My only gripe is that the hood pilled after one cold wash on gentle cycle. Customer Service was phenomenal concerning returns and return policy. I would definitely purchase from apparel. com again.

    ...but one of the three shirts I bought had an unsewed seam. Given the price I didn't bother to return it but instead sewed it. The sleeves are a bit longer than those of the 32 Degrees t-shirts I was using before these, but I guess it's within an acceptable range.
