PRODUCT QUALITY ASSURANCE

Exhaustive procedures for testing each of the paper products has been established. To simulate real-world use and applicability, we test our products on a multitude of substrates, using many types of printers, copiers, transfer equipment, laundry detergents, etc. However, it is impossible to duplicate all printing, copying and transfer processes. Therefore, it is critical that you test the paper you plan to use before production or creating multiple garments/products to determine the suitability of the paper for your equipment, methods and substrate material.

The seller's and manufacturer's maximum obligation shall be to replace any paper that has been proven to be defective. Neither the seller nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use the paper.
